Viktoryn Handcrafted Jewellery guarantee that your Sterling Silver jewellery will be made to the highest standards, it will be delivered to you in pristine condition and provide a 2 Years Limited Warranty on all manufacturing defects from the dispatch date.


Warranty


Cover

The 2 Year Limited Warranty covers: defects in the material or workmanship of clasps, chains, soldered and welded joints.

Does Not Cover

The 2 Year Limited Warranty does not cover: repairs made by anyone other than Viktoryn Handcrafted Jewellery, products damaged from everyday wear and tear, tarnishing of silver; scratches to chain and attachments, damage resulting from misuse or accidental handling, exposure to lotions and creams and lost/misplaced products.

all lengths include the clasp. The bracelet will be adjusted to nearest link after your chosen length


Care Instructions


Do

  • Add jewellery last when dressing
  • Store carefully to avoid tangling and scratching
  • Handle with care and patience
  • Check fasteners periodically for wear and tear

Don’t

  • Wear 24/7
  • Wear when bathing
  • Wear in bed
  • Wear when exercising
  • Wear when doing housework, D.I.Y., Gardening etc
  • Allow direct contact with perfume, hairspray, body lotions, foundations etc.
  • Use abrasive cleaners on jewellery

Gift Wrapping and Packaging


Every 925 sterling silver item of jewellery come with a Goldsmiths’ Company Assay Office consumer hallmark information card, It is  beautifully packaged in a gift box and includes a black velvet pouch to keep it safe when you are not wearing it and a silver polishing tissue to keep your sterling silver jewellery clean and looking pristine. I also includes free UK postage; Royal Mail 1st class with signature and for your extra peace of mind there’s compensation cover included, to protect against loss or damage whilst in transit.


Returns & Exchanges


I gladly accept returns and exchanges, contact us within: 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

I don’t accept cancellations as most of our jewellery is made to order, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) ie; earrings
  • Items on sale

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Processing & Shipping


Processing time:

The time that is need to Handcraft normally 1 to 3 days, Hallmarking between 3 to 5 days (if applicable) and prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United Kingdom: 1-3 business days
  • Europe: 3-5 business days
  • United States: 5-7 business days

I do my best to meet these processing and shipping estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping destination

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
